Design project of a two-room apartment Khrushchev 44 sq. M. m

Create a custom and memorable design two-room Khrushchev 44 sq. M. m. - the task is very difficult. The designer received a blank check from the owners on the use of color, which helped to completely change the appearance of housing. Fun colorful space looks unusual and is remembered.

“Weak place” in the project of a two-room apartment-Khrushchev-planning. Trying to reduce the cost of construction, the architects have created quite inconvenient living quarters, which are also difficult to change: it is not only impossible to move the kitchen and bathroom, but, in fact, there is nowhere to move. But internal partitions, as a rule, are not bearing.

In order for the interior of a 2-room Khrushchev apartment to meet modern standards of comfort, the designers began by removing the corridor - it is still impossible to use it, it is too small and narrow. This helped to increase the bathroom and kitchen area a bit, as well as to place a storage system in the entrance area. It turned out the free space in which the functional zones replace each other, leaving a “cube” in the center, in which the sanitary zone is embedded.

Color in the interior of the apartment

White as the basis for the design of a two-room Khrushchev 44 sq. M. It makes it possible to use any combination of colors and at the same time visually increases the small size of the room. The color of natural wood, covering the floor and one of the walls, adds warmth, comfort and brings eco-note to the minimalism of the apartment.

Living room

Contrasting colors — purple and yellow — set the tone for the living room design. The dining group was brought here, because the size of the kitchen does not allow placing a dining area in it. A table with a translucent glass table top and elegantly shaped chairs on thin metal legs look airy and do not make the space more heavy.

The interior of the 2-room apartment Khrushchev used various methods of increasing the area, both real and visual. Bright wallpaper with a graphic pattern occupy only one wall - this technique visually expands the room around the edges. The wardrobe has mirrored doors that allow you to deepen the perspective, increase the illumination and double the sense of volume.

Kitchen

The project of two-room apartment-Khrushchev does not allow the transfer of the kitchen, so it had to be left in the same place. But we managed to remove the wall that fences it from the rest of the premises, and due to this operation the kitchen area slightly increased.

The facades of kitchen furniture are wooden, of classical form, with panels, and painted in a very gentle blue tone - such a decision makes even a small room spacious and cozy. The white worktop and beige apron above it add light and heat. A special feature of the kitchen is the patterned carpet on the floor. It looks like a real, although assembled from tile.

Bedroom

Design two-room Khrushchev 44 sq. M. m is different using bright colors, and in the bedroom it is lime. The textiles of intense violet color form a juicy contrast and add elegance to a simple-shaped room.

White painted furniture visually seems less voluminous and heavy than it actually is. The wall opposite the bed is decorated with a bright pattern - circles of the same size cover the entire surface, creating a rhythmic pattern that allows you to remove the spotlight from planning defects.

Posters over the headboard add eco-style to the decor. In the interior of a 2-room apartment Khrushchev there is a significant drawback: the bedroom is too narrow and long. To correct its shape a little, the wardrobe was placed opposite the window, along the wall with the door. A mezzanine appeared above the door. As a result, the proportions of the room improved, and there was a place for everything needed, and it was almost invisible and did not spoil the interior.

Bathroom

In the original project of a two-room apartment-Khrushchev the bathroom was small, and the standard-size bathroom did not fit in it. As the corridor was removed, the bathroom was expanded, and now there is a large corner bath. The floor under it is highlighted with brown tiles, contrasting with the light gray tint of the walls.

Three vertical brown stripes rise from the floor along the walls to the ceiling and underline the volume of the bathroom. The same brown tile imitating the boards is lined with the wall above the sink. In order not to burden the perception of the situation, the designers tried to avoid too much: they did not even frame the mirror, so as not to distract attention.
