Two bedroom apartment of 60 square meters. m. turned out from the usual "dvushki" efforts of a group of designers. The family has four people - mom, dad and two kids. Both children and parents needed separate bedrooms, and also a common living room, a comfortable kitchen, and a rather spacious sanitary fixture. All this in a typical two-room apartment was not, so I had to remove unnecessary walls and put new ones, where necessary.
Redevelopment
But for a start, the whole architecture of housing had to be comprehended in a completely new way. The redevelopment of a two-room apartment in a three-room apartment began with the move of the kitchen zone from the far corner to the center. The working area of the kitchen is located in a special niche-enclosure, the back of which is partly the wall of the parent bedroom, and partly the new bathroom.
The bathroom turned out to be spacious, it now includes not only a bathroom, but also a shower cabin, and a washing machine, and wardrobes for various necessary little things. When planning a new design of a small three-room apartment, it was possible to allocate space for a full-fledged dressing room near the entrance, and the former “dvushka” became a comfortable dwelling for all its inhabitants.
Living room
The “heart” of the renovated apartment is a living room combined with a kitchen. There are niches in two walls, one for a working area, the other for household appliances and a storage system. Immediately television panel. The other two walls are fully occupied by a huge and very comfortable sofa, which can be expanded, turning into a guest bed. It is convenient to cook and rest here.

Kitchen cabinets are designed in such a way that the storage systems in living rooms are usually arranged, so it is not immediately possible to guess that the room performs a double function.
Bedroom
When re-planning a two-room apartment in a three-room apartment for parents, they identified a small bedroom, but the designers tried to make it look spacious at a modest size. Beige shades, from the brightest on the walls to dark in some elements, make the room cozy and “soft”.
Instead of heavy bedside tables near the bed, there are light transparent tables with glass tops, and bedside lamps serve as elegant egg-shaped crystal pendants.
The design of a small two-room apartment provided for the satisfaction of all the needs of its inhabitants, and even equipped a small workplace in the bedroom. To do this, they attached a balcony to it, and from the former window sill they made a desk, sheathed it with wood.
The area of the balcony is used for drying clothes - here they assembled folding dryers, arranging them in two tiers. Immediately linen and stroked.
Children's
This is the brightest room in the house. The colors in it belong to the nautical style - deep blue, light blue, dark wood.
Wooden panels on the walls and a chandelier with “propeller” blades remind of hot countries. The tree in the nursery is used both for the cabinet and for the screen covering the battery. In the decoration of a three-room apartment of 60 square meters. they tried to use as many natural, natural materials as possible - they are healthier and look better in interiors.
On one of the walls of the children's room, family photos appeared within the framework of a heavenly color in harmony with the color of the curtains.
Bathroom
As the room of the bathroom was increased, it became possible to accommodate not only the bathroom, but also the shower cabin.

The walls and floor were laid with travertine - a natural material of a light beige color.
Entrance area
In developing the design of a small three-room apartment, it was possible to carve out a place for a small dressing room.
In the hallway, there were no massive wardrobes, having an open hanger on one of the walls. Under it is a bench, on which it is convenient to sit down to put on shoes, and you can put bags. Both the wall under the coat hanger and the bench are covered with light leather, on which the “carriage” upholstery is made.
Light shelves allow you to place decor items.
A small console table with makeup accessories, a mirror above it and two elegant sconces on the sides will allow you to tidy yourself up before leaving the house, and a full-length mirror opposite the hanger will look you from head to toe. It also visually expands a small space and makes it lighter.
