Apartment design 46 sq. M. m. free planning, located in the new house in the north-west of Moscow, was designed for a small family, in which so far only two people. In such a small area, it is quite difficult to place and somehow differentiate between all the zones that a modern person needs, which should have comfortable housing.
Designers Yuri and Yana Volkov coped brilliantly with this task, creating a cozy space, where, in addition to the kitchen and bathroom, there is a separate bedroom, a large dining group and a living room for friendly get-togethers and watching television. The main advantage of the apartment is a bedroom in a separate room behind transparent sliding partitions.
Layout apartment 46 square. m
Since it was necessary to create many zones with different functional purposes, we had to resort to redevelopment. First, they determined where the living room, bedroom and dining room will be. The sleeping area was detached from the main studio space by sliding glass partitions. The dining area was in the center of the apartment, the kitchen was located along the wall, the refrigerator was hidden in a niche nearby. The entrance area received a dressing room, for which we had to allocate a small corridor.
Color and style
Apartment interior 46 sq. M. m. decorated in lilac tones - this color is favorable for the nervous system, besides it allows you to expand the space, fill it with air. The walls in the design of the studio were painted in delicate pripylenny lilac color, on this background the gloss of the facades of the kitchen looks spectacular. The main tone in the bedroom was gray-lavender: furniture - a lighter shade, the wall at the headboard is sheathed with soft panels of a darker, more saturated tone.
The remaining surfaces and pieces of furniture have a white and light gray color, so the space of the apartment seems more airy and voluminous. In general, the design style of the apartment is 46 sq. M. m. can be defined as modern minimalism with the addition of art deco elements.
Kitchen-living room
In accordance with the principles of minimalism, the number of pieces of furniture is minimized: only that which cannot be dispensed with. Kitchen furniture is lined up - this made it possible to accommodate a dining group, which consists of a large rectangular table surrounded by six chairs on metal legs.
A large cozy lilac sofa in the living room design is placed under the window, and a TV panel is placed opposite the glass partition against the background of the glass partition: it is fixed on a bar that goes down from the ceiling, which makes it feel like the TV is hanging in the air.
The living room’s interior is complemented by a comfortable dark gray armchair and two designer coffee tables made of glass and metal by Elin Gray.
LED ribbons along the perimeter of the ceiling are responsible for general lighting, and two chandeliers from Italy provide decorative effect and visual zoning: they are decorated with chains and look very stylish and elegant.
The gloss of the furniture is emphasized by sequins of decorative pillows and mirror shine - a large number of mirrors in the design helps to visually enlarge a small apartment. In order not to overwhelm the interior with decorations, textile elements are chosen plain, with a smooth texture.
Bedroom
Bedroom in the apartment project of 46 sq. M. m. - a very cozy and bright room - the light penetrates here through a partition made of glass. Despite the small area, it was possible to ensure the approach to the bed from two sides - the correct arrangement of the furniture helped.
To the left and right of the bed were placed two storage systems with niches open on both sides - they are used as bedside tables.
Hall and dressing room
The main storage system is located in the entrance area of the apartment studio 46 sq. M. This is a large dressing room in which there are bars for clothes, drawers, open and closed shelves.
The entrance hall is illuminated with a ceiling LED strip and wall sconces. Near the dressing room there is a low rectangular pouf, decorated with carriage upholstery - you can get on it to change shoes, or to put a bag on it, gloves.
Bathroom
Embossed white tiles on the walls in the design of the bathroom looks very decorative. In the space between the air ducts, the designers placed a small pencil case in which there are two drawers and a niche that can be used instead of the toilet paper holder. Two stylish fixtures are reflected in a large mirror, filling the room with light and visually increasing its size.
